The cleanliness of the room was great! Roomservice comes everyday as well. The hotel is also mindful of the environment which I think is plus. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and good too. The location is right next to the beach and right across from a little foodplaza and of course a minimart!

Location is superb. Right in the middle of Patong Beach, which is so near to the hotel. Bangla Road is just 7 minutes away walking. Room is impressive and very clean. I love the spaciousness of the Family Room. I definitely recommend this for any family to stay. The amenities in the room is good. Towels are so comfy. The beach towel at the lobby is a plus and very convenient! The staff were always friendly and helpful, enhancing my stay. They always are attentive.

Check-in and check-out was a breeze. We arrived 1hr early and the staff asked us to use a common restroom and keep the luggage at the reception. We could take our lunch and then checked in. The staff was very courteous. The hotel is clean and very close to the beach and markets. A must-stay for medium-budget lovers. It has everything you need within walking distance. The travel kiosk outside the counter was very helpful and we could bargain a deal for Phi Phi island tour. The pool is a bit let down but it's not important as the beach is on a stone's throw distance. We could save much on transportation due to the low proximity to most attractions in patong.

Friendly atmosphere and Staff,close to beach shops restaurants bars Close by Bangla Road Junceylon shopping centre and Big C, Beyond food market opposite hotel plenty thai food to choose from,to much to mention but I choose this hotel for some years is like my second home 🏡 Thank You 🙏Kokotel for your hospitality and always looking after me..See you soon Miss Robyn Australia 🇦🇺
