- Location is excellent. Just beside the beach and all happening places - Room size is very good - cleanliness - kids play zone

Great staff as always, great location even its on the main street , rooms are still quiet and comfy.

Check-in and check-out was a breeze. We arrived 1hr early and the staff asked us to use a common restroom and keep the luggage at the reception. We could take our lunch and then checked in. The staff was very courteous. The hotel is clean and very close to the beach and markets. A must-stay for medium-budget lovers. It has everything you need within walking distance. The travel kiosk outside the counter was very helpful and we could bargain a deal for Phi Phi island tour. The pool is a bit let down but it's not important as the beach is on a stone's throw distance. We could save much on transportation due to the low proximity to most attractions in patong.

Friendly atmosphere and Staff,close to beach shops restaurants bars Close by Bangla Road Junceylon shopping centre and Big C, Beyond food market opposite hotel plenty thai food to choose from,to much to mention but I choose this hotel for some years is like my second home 🏡 Thank You 🙏Kokotel for your hospitality and always looking after me..See you soon Miss Robyn Australia 🇦🇺
